There are various clauses mentioned in that agreement that client will only be the owner of books of accounts and all transaction will be approved by client only. So, there is no risk of losing control over books.

In case you have enough accounting staff, which is experienced and professional to manage and control your day to day accounting staff effectively, its better to go with it but you can even outsource the quality audit/review on a regular interval to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

However, as per the regulatory requirements, a CA/CPA firm that is providing bookkeeping services to a client, can’t provide Audit services to that client because of a conflict-of-interest situation.

In most cases, because of our specialisation in the domain, use of relevant technologies and specialised team, our charges to deliver services are lower compared to CA/CPA firm’s charges.
